You gotta hit both deep core exercises, and weighted core/ab exercises!! Eat more protein and less carbs Making your hips/thighs/glutes larger and juicier, as well as your shoulders/chest larger and juicier also makes your stomach look smaller

1) you're always gonna have a belly. If you're a women then most of your body fat is stored in your abdomen. The only way to eliminate it completely would be super low body fat cut 6 pack kind of thing but that's not most people's goal 2) everyone's stomach gets bigger throughout the day as you eat. Most of the pictures you see of flat stomachs are flexing/sucking in or fasting(like first thing in the morning)

My stomach is flatter and denser now (125lbs) than it was when I was at 100lbs. I also have a 6-pack now, and had 0 abs at that low weight.

So just workout to the point you feel like you look good and don't focus on the weight number as much. If you diet too hard your body will store more fat. And loose muscle weight. Commenter #1 has good advice for strength training to reach the "I think I look good" point
