Some people genuinely do way too much. I’ve seen people take 2 hours to workout and they’re SUPERSETTING EVERYTHING. Like that’s 14-20 exercises
yeah idk what people are doing my longest days are legs which take me abt an hour and 45 mins warmup included ur workouts should only be 1hr to 2 hrs
