This take never makes sense, literally anyone can say LESS and buy LESS food it is cheaper and takes less time. Sure, there is added friction from certain pathologies but to act like this is an impossible ask is silly

Most people don’t need to eat less they need to eat better

Agreed but at the same time you can eat like shit and still trim fat, you can even eat nothing and be relatively fine, overeating is much worse for you relative to starvation anyways.

The thing is, for some people it doesn’t feel like overeating. Like my mom will be like “Idk why I’m not losing weight when I barely eat!” Cause she’ll have one meal but it’ll have things that are extremely calorie dense.

Way cheaper to eat healthy than to eat fast food, you’re just lazy quit making excuses

Absolutely not, and you don’t have to buy organic food. Buy groceries at the grocery store. Rice, potatoes, chicken and ground beef will last you a lot longer than eating out.
