I’ve been biking up a hill every day now that i go to university and live on campus (i did 2 years of community college) But now my ribcage is defined, it’s never looked like this before and I’m so happy 😁

Yessss. Also. i highly, highly recommend investing in a good quality bike. Yes walmart bikes can get you from point A to point B, but they are also cheaply made with low quality components. Facebook marketplace, offer up, etc has some solid second hand options sometimes for good prices. Sorry, I’m such a bike nerd lol.

Ngl i use a $1000 electric bike, cause it’s so hilly around here, it’s almost impossible to go up on a regular bike. It just barely gives me that little boost to help go up

I’m somewhat familiar with Lectrics, my brother has one of the bigger models i think..or it could be another brand. In all honesty, my road bike was like $3,000 for everything but I’m an avid cyclist and LOVE to cycle so i dont expect u to spend that much. I do think that if you want a really effective cardio/core/leg workout, using a mechanical bike is best but nothing wrong with a pedal assisted e bike!

the indents that would be visible would be closer to the outside of your torso. def abs, keep going!
