Creatine is the shit, best supplement in terms of both pros/cons and the amount of research done on it. Well worth the price

the only time i took pre it made me itchy and sad, never tried creatine but i hear you need to drink a lot of water if you do

Preworkout is kinda a scam. But I do take it. The main things it has is caffeine and beta-alanine(that’s what makes you it). There are other supplements that help with focus tho.

I take creatine and it’s the most researched supplement and it’s definitely effective. Pre - I personally don’t take it cuz of js how problematic the gym culture is w blasting it and constantly having caffeine. You can also just do natural pre like honey w salt and it fr works
