Need advice from gym girls. I hold weight in my arms so when I build muscle they just look big not shredded and yes ik cutting and having a low % should help, but at maintenance how are we getting visible muscles?
Basically the only way is to lower your body fat percentage or to build the muscles in your arm even more. You could get lipo in your arms but other than that there is no way to burn body fat out of a certain part of your body.

What do you want us to say lol. The only variables you can control are the size of your muscles, and your overall bodyfat. There is not magic trick.

Do a preacher curl, a tricep extension, and a hammer curl. It’s not complicated. You thinking there’s some magic routine that will transform your physique is what’s holding you back.
