How do I get my stomach toned from this in 3 months? I am new to working out and can’t tell if it is achievable by summer.

Deficit, lots of protein, find an ab circuit that you do regularly

Calorie deficit, increase your steps to around 7000-10000 a day. Do cardio of some sort 5x a week for about 25-30 mins in zone 2. Cable crunches, leg/knee raises on captains chair, decline sit ups, and the ab machine are all good options. Train abs 2x a week, maybe 3x depending on how your recovery and progression is.
