how do you work out again when u were a competitive gymnast and volleyball player for 15 years and every single joint hurts 24/7 😭 should i get into swimming? i love going to the pool cuz it takes the pressure off my joints so i’m not in pain anymore

you pretty much have to find what you enjoy doing that your body doesnt scream at you. it seems like you found that in swimming so unless going to the pool is too big of a problem i wohld say swimming is a great pick for you

maybe try physical therapy first or alongside swimming?

Just work through it slowly. Start light and gradually increase. Train in whatever ROM you want to be strong in
