are rest days necessary? i lift every day but haven’t seen as much growth as i want and am thinking about adding a rest day. right now do quads, pull, hammies/glutes, push and then cardio as well whenever i have time

yes you need rest days. if you train every single day your body doesn’t have time to recover. recovery is where your growth happens. i would have at least one rest day a week
