Being on my period and having food as comfort sucks! I go a whole week eating in my calorie deficit and feeling really good then my period starts and I’m eating freaking chocolate ice cream again. 😭.

Girl I feeel this! Have you tried the protein icecream at Target or Yasso bars? I still get my sweet treat & it fits in with my macros

it’s so frustrating:/ cuz then i’ll start going on long runs daily to burn more and then im just more tired lol
