I’m 23F and started my fat loss journey march 2024! Currently 50 lbs down and here’s what I did: 1. Calorie count! Not too obsessive, but in a ~500 per week deficit and focused on protein. 2. Walking!! It’s super sustainable and doesn’t raise your appetite. 3. Resistance training! Nothing too crazy at first, just do YouTube videos at home if you’re self conscious about going to a gym. 4. Drink water and sleep 8 hours a night!!
