What solo activities do you all do outside of the gym? I want to work out more but get so bored. I need something with some mental stimulation that I can do on my own.
This is gonna sound childish but I like coloring books or legos or puzzles

I love to swim. It’s low impact but an excellent workout, really really good for mobility and it’s good for anaerobic cardio that’s not like HIIT running or whatever
