i’m a 20 year old female, i’m 5,7 and about 160 lbs i want to get down to 130 any work out or weight loss tips? i would like to dry and keep my lower body the same and just tone my stomach more :)’

Weight loss is entirely diet. You need to be in a caloric deficit if you wanna lose weight but 30 pounds is a lot of weight loss so your lower body will definitely lose some body fat

because of your height, getting down to 130 is going to be extremely difficult, but I suggest protein and weights specifically focusing on your glutes thighs and hamstrings as well as a ton of ab workouts. start bulking, and then when you build enough muscle, you can tone out the fat by doing cardio and light weights to keep the muscle, but get rid of the fat.
