Ngl the bodybuilding phase was fun for a bit but I am so much happier basically eating whatever I want (bad stuff in moderation) and making sure I get enough protein and still training daily. I might be a little fluffy but I’m happy lmao

No fr. Some people love the body building, 100% efficiency, grind. But as long as you eat some fruits and vegetables, sleep like 7 ish hours a night, and do some physical activity every day, you’re going to feel better than 99% of people automatically

Same. Was focused on hypertrophy for a bit but I feel better focusing on mobility and body weight

Honestly I’d love to body build but i was so unhappy when i was trying to watch what i was eating while working out for 2-3 hours everyday and it quickly spiralled into a raging ED for me, and now im mostly just focusing on trying to have a more balanced diet while building some muscle and keeping my body healthy and moving. I’m a lot happier now without limiting the foods I could eat, obviously with the bad stuff in moderation

When you’re in that mode and getting so lean your workouts end up being so inefficient that it takes hours to get through them especially in prep

I was absolutely horrified by any weight gain so I was doing 2 hours of cardio MINIMUM everyday and 15-20 mins of light weights on machines bc I was so terrified of getting bulky
