this is sad :( I used to feel that way too when I was a little bit heavier than I was now. But the negative self talk wasn’t a motivator for me, it was just another way of tearing myself down. Your mileage may vary, just my two cents. Move the weights, don’t worry about the number on the plates or on the scale, both will change with time
