I’d personally reccomend cutting down to a certain body fat percentage rather than a certain weight, somewhere between 9-12%. Relying solely on weight can be a little deceiving/innactuate, because a the difference between a175lb physique at 15% body fat and a 175lb physique at 9-12% is night and day
The easiest/ quickest would be too look up pictures on google. For example, you could look up “example of X% body fat, male/female, 5’10”. A more accurate method would be to buy body fat measuring calipers ( should be able to get a decent priced pair on Amazon) and follow a YouTube tutorial on how to use them on yourself. But I highly reccomend an in body analysis because it is the most accurate out of those options, lots of gyms offer them for a fairly decent price
