
if you don’t like the gym it might just not be for you. there are many ways to get active and lose weight. 10k steps is a good example. go for hikes, play a sport you enjoy (or find one if you don’t know), go for a bike ride, go for a swim. and focus on making yummy healthy food more than anything. keep going with myfitnesspal but don’t obsess over it. when you eat healthy you will naturally eat only what you need. and don’t obsess over the healthy eating part. no extreme is healthy
