If your gym has an ab machine, that can work. If not you can get creative with cable crunches and weighted sit-ups. Obviously there's no feasible way to progressively overload ab circuits

bed ways is the do multiple different ones in a short time IE:
for 30 sec per do butterfly kicks, russian twist, v-touch, crunch, penguins, bicycle kicks and finish with a minute plank with no rest

Hiit style workouts are not as effective for muscle growth, it challenges both your aerobic capacity and muscle endurance, which gets in the way of stimulating muscle growth

The goal was very clearly stated "progressively overload abs". Can't do that efficiently with Hiit
