
Unfortunately if you are burning fat as a woman you will lose a good portion of mass in your boobs (coming from a female athlete). Boobs are made up of breast tissue, but also are a place where a bit of fat is stored, and typically that fat will be burned relatively quickly with working out. Also, as for tummy fat, you are supposed to have a bit of fat there because that’s how we are built. Additionally, the bigger your butt is, your body tends to balance your weight out with fat on your tummy
I don’t think so as that is not what I’m going for - but I will say I have seen other athletes that have it. It’s certainly not impossible! You can totally do it if that’s what you’re going for. However, do not harm your body at the expense of it. Research healthy ways because if done incorrectly, it can decrease your estrogen production, which can negatively impact your menstrual cycle.
I’m not going to lie, I’ve never heard of the 75hard. I will say that the women I’ve seen get abs are in gymnastics and track (I am a college athlete). I would be careful about what technique you use as not every workout is really good for your health! Remember that your body’s health takes priority over aesthetics :) but again, I think you can do it!
as a woman with visible abs, i train abs with every workout. i fit them in at the end. weighted ab crunches have helped a lot with definition, adding five more pounds each set. mine are most defined up top tho, it’s very difficult trying to get the full six pack look just cuz.. female anatomy🙃
please be careful with working your abs!! i know yall already went over this but as cool as having visible abs (without a pump) seems, women are not supposed to have at least consistently visible lower abs and it will mess up your cycle. my sister needs very defined abs for her career (professional ballet dancer), and she hasnt missed her period for like 6 months and then had a 4 month period following that. an inconsistent cycle is normal to an extent, but not to that extent
also, working the superior portion of your pec majors will build the top part of your “boobs” and can make it appear a little bigger and give a better shape! just make sure you are eating enough to compliment the workout, otherwise your body will resort to using fat reserves for energy. good luck!!
