I’m fully convince most people don’t look into what workouts they should be doing/ the proper set and rep amount to actually see growth. Bc mfs workout for a year and look the exact same like how?

It took me 8 years to look how I look now and the first 2-3 years were hard for me to gain weight even when I had a trainer. Everyone’s body is different. I see where you are coming from, but there is so so so much that goes into working out within the body it’s not just that simple for everyone….

That’s fair but I see people going for muscle growth doing like 5 sets of 14 at a light weight like no way you think that’s gonna work

Yea I get that. I mean I obtained muscle growth at 4-5 sets of 10-12 reps with stuff when I was bulking. It depends on the body type. But normally yea I agree that’s not the most efficient way

I do have insane genetics but I have friends wayyyy better than me so no I don’t think I’m better than everyone else, just like atleast 50% of gym goers
