Stressed eat for 3 days because of exams.. if I do 1 hr of cardio tomorrow,sunday and monday will that debloat my face and make it back to how it looked before?

Do lymph massages, relax and destress, and get GOOD SLEEP Yes, do extra cardio. But your face won't debloat if you're super stressed still and sleep deprived.

YES WALK. Walk in general tho it’s great for decreasing inflammation. Also not wasting 3-4 hours before you fall asleep is amazing
