A few months ago I could barely hit 275 for one and today I finally hit it for 5 and a big part of it I have to say is doing slow and controlled and pause reps to get used to moving the heavier weights hopefully 315 is soon
Damn congrats! Did you follow a specific program or just do your own thing?

I just do my own thing fr but it’s usually just slow and controlled pause reps for the first two sets and then whatever heavy ass weight I want to rep for the third
