do i need to eat a lot of protein to lose weight guys

If your goal is to lose weight through diet alone then no but it can only benefit you. You need to eat a lot of routine to gain and maintain muscle which is especially helpful if you’re staying active. Combining those two will help with loose skin (from losing weight).

Also a good amount of protein in each meal fills you faster preventing u form over eating

Milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, wheat bread, eggs (especially egg whites), beans, protein pasta if u got the means, edamame, chick peas, protein powder/bars ofc (I wouldn’t recommend relying on it)
