Any other tgirls have a recommendation for what movements i should do? I already do all the leg stuff but i hear hitting some back could help

im a trans guy btw so it’s not 1:1 but if you’re on hrt it helps to gain weight to get the fat redistribution, and if you don’t want to be heavier you should lose and then gain it back, because only new fat will be affected

I’ve been doing powerlifting before i realized im trans so my goal is to get a more traditionally fem physique, if that makes sense
