People get rhabdo after training FOR MONTHS for marathons - you can get rhabdo after your 18th marathon for gods sake - muscle damage does not care how much you vary your workout, not giving yourself rest days WILL cause muscle damage and will not lead to increased gains - this is a known phenomenon
Anecdotal personal experience is not the same as taking 30 people who are working out every day and 30 people taking one day a week off - and then seeing who gets rhabdo - the only way your anecdotal evidence would be worth anything is if you measured before and after, and then also had a control group- which you don’t because you’re a single person. Medical journals and the broader scientific community, including studies WITH CONTROL GROUPS strongly disagree w you 💀
