Swim, jog, eat less. Swimming can also aid the recovery of the rotator cuff and the labrum.

I swam competitively for 12 years, please swim with correct form or this will definitely just make it worse

When I said “swim” I was thinking more so like wading/running in water and gently moving the arms around. 😂 I don’t actually swim fr tho.
