
nooooo you need a serving with every meal!! at least 40g of protein for colorectal cancer prophylaxis 😭 very easy w the generic tasteless fiber powders just mix it with any liquid all day or you can even add it to blended sauces! Easy veggies are prepping chopped carrots if you like them, celery sticks, Persian cucumbers can just be thrown in a lunch bag or eaten directly, tomato’s count but BEANS are BEST!!! A side of bean salad w dinner is always good 🙏🙏🙏
