Track your protein. It doesn’t really matter what you’re eating if you’re not eating protein and you can also make smoothies that have like 2000 cal in them with a ton of protein in them.

That’s how it is for me too I hit like 180g of protein but I’ll be sitting at 2200 calories only and I need like 3200
