I’m 5’4 back in 2020 I hit 200 pounds and I was shocked because I didn’t look like I weighted that much, started my fitness journey and just eating healthier in general like cutting out fast food, processed foods, and things that have colored dyes in them. I’m now weighing at 156 and I look a lot leaner now with muscle. I feel amazing and I also have a good relationship with food by eating mostly whole foods (lol not the store) but just knowing what is in the food I eat :)
