Yes! I’m 5’3 and 175lbs I was 210lbs last year, I still am trying to lose weight but it’s more so water weight now, I look lean

I’m 5’7” and 230 but have been losing inches 💛 I’m trying to be more careful with what I eat and going to the gym every day. What has helped me before was a good sleep schedule, so trying to get that back too. We got this ladies! 🙌🏻

I’m 5’4 back in 2020 I hit 200 pounds and I was shocked because I didn’t look like I weighted that much, started my fitness journey and just eating healthier in general like cutting out fast food, processed foods, and things that have colored dyes in them. I’m now weighing at 156 and I look a lot leaner now with muscle. I feel amazing and I also have a good relationship with food by eating mostly whole foods (lol not the store) but just knowing what is in the food I eat :)

I use my fitness pal to track everything I eat and it’s helped so much losing almost 50 pounds

I love that for you!! I just be wanting to see what girls my height and weight go through to lose what they had especially when it comes with a job. Do you mind giving me some tips on how you managed or what you did?

I sat and used calculators online to find out my daily maintenance intake then subtracted 500 calories from that and kept doing that until I got to where I am now, I also drink about a gallon water a day and heavily weight train
