I started working out a year ago. Was very skinny (6’5, maybe about 200 pounds) now I’m 265. I benched 235 recently and I’m so proud of myself. I put on more fat than I would’ve liked to so I think a cut might be in order!

About ~3000 usually a little less but I would try to eat healthy foods like chicken, rice .
