I recently started doing 75 hard and for my 45min outside workout i’m doing a run. I normally eat a few minutes after my run but I start to feel terrible and like I’m going to throw it all up. Any tips or recommendations to help this?

Eat like half the meal before and then half after, so you’re splitting it up

Do you take any electrolytes/powders before you run? When I take them on an empty stomach I usually feel the same way u do
