It sucks gaining muscle that means weight as a girl. Ik some ppl are gonna be like stfu but I’m a size 0-2, very toned girl, I just hit 150lbs, and I’m kind of freaked out. Like do I need to do more cardio? It might not be a big deal but feels like it 💔

You need to stop associating the number on the scale going up with negativity. You're a size 0 to 2 and in good shape. You're fine
