do some research on it, it’s a cheat code for losing weight. I went from 198->149 in 3 and a half months. Don’t even have to be disciplined with ur diet, the weight just goes away

Yeah it’s. GLP 1, losing that much weight that fast isn’t healthy. You definitely lost muscle in the process too, being skinny does not equate to being healthy.
