Figure out how many calories you're currently eating on average so that you can figure out how many to eat to lose 1.5 pounds per week

do some research on it, it’s a cheat code for losing weight. I went from 198->149 in 3 and a half months. Don’t even have to be disciplined with ur diet, the weight just goes away

mild nausea is all anybody gets. do some research on it. sounded sketchy to me at first but it’s life changing and I got half my family on it and everyone loves it

Yeah it’s. GLP 1, losing that much weight that fast isn’t healthy. You definitely lost muscle in the process too, being skinny does not equate to being healthy.

I don’t barbell squat anymore so probably like 335
