if anyone here runs, I keep getting a recurring shin splint on one side do you know how to make it stop? I’m taking a 2 week break rn but then need to train for my half.

I played soccer and developed shin splints. I started doing shin exercises with bands (look for some on YouTube) before each practice and after a few sessions I felt no pain. I still do them before any running workout and I’ve been good so far

I’ve also heard your shoes and/or warmup routine can play a factor, so make sure those are good too
