I mean it depends on what you are doing, are you training for a marathon or something? No.
But is it plenty for a warm up or post workout cooldown? Yes.
However if its too easy for you bump up the pace or effort level

20 minutes is barely enough time to get your heart rate up and get a good workout in. Shoot for 30 or 40. You don’t need to go 5x a week. Try and do cardio you find fun! If you don’t find any cardio fun, watch youtube or tv or whatever on the treadmill or stairmaster.

Yes. It’s good enough. It’s better than doing no cardio at all. You can absolutely get ur heart rate up in 20 min. Your goals are likely diff than the other people commenting.

Brother if you run 3x7 minute miles I guarantee your heart rate will be spiked before or after a workout

Still not enough volume to be super useful, unless you’re just starting to run

Like if you’re racing a 5k, sure, but people don’t seriously train for those with 3 mile runs

You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, and whatever exercise you do will usually be offset by additional calories you eat if you're not limiting your caloric intake

What you are doing is good, if its getting easier increase time, pace, or incline. I have switched up to include rowing and its been kicking my ass
