Wrong. U don’t need to be fat to be strong. I’m at 14% bodyfat at 6’1 190-195 lbs and hit PRs on all my lifts despite losing 20 lbs of fat

hitting PRs doesn't mean you're strong, it means you're getting stronger. those aren't the same thing. You might be strong and lean, but you'd be stronger at a higher body fat percentage. Pro powerlifters aren't shredded.

I bench 285 for 5, squat 435 for triple, DL 495 for 6, strict OHP 165 for 7

i didn't say he wasn't strong. he is strong. and he'd be stronger if he weren't as lean
