hitting PRs doesn't mean you're strong, it means you're getting stronger. those aren't the same thing.
You might be strong and lean, but you'd be stronger at a higher body fat percentage. Pro powerlifters aren't shredded.

Just because you'd be stronger in theory doesn't disqualify you from being strong

i didn't say he wasn't strong. he is strong. and he'd be stronger if he weren't as lean
