Not for everyone, but for those willing to be a bit more disciplined and are confident enough in their diet being healthy, aggressive cuts are fucking amazing. Instead of spending 8-10 weeks restricting, you can cut it in half and be done so much quicker

i’m thinking this is the method for me at this point ngl. i’m 6’ 230 pounds. i lift 6 days, cardio 2-3 times a week plus the cardio i get from biking around my campus. for the past month i’ve been eating about 2000 calories pretty much every day. i get pretty good sleep except for the couple slip ups here and there. i hydrate good. i get about 200 gs of protein every day. most things i eat are lower in carbs. i’ve seemingly have only lost 2-3 lbs which every calc i’ve used says shouldn’t be the-

case. the only times in my life that i’ve lost significant amounts of weight is when i eat maybe 1500 calories a day or less. i just don’t know how though i’m supposed to commit to that and retain muscle.

i track my calories daily and it varies between 1900-2100 but i do keep track
