how do i fix a strength imbalance?? my right arm feels significantly weaker than my left and i feel like im going to light on the left side but if i go heavier than i can’t lift the same weight with the right arm

Do your exercises unilaterally (1 arm at a time). Start with your right arm, take it to failure, then with no rest, jump to your left arm with the same weight and match the reps. This will fix the imbalance over time.

To add to your workout, do single arm workouts to focus on your right arm till you feel it is at the same level
