i eat 10 eggs for breakfast 1lb chicken for lunch and 1lb chicken for dinner with protein bars/ shakes for snacks it’s not that hard

2 lbs chicken or beef. 4 6-8 oz meals plus a shake. Puts you well over 200. Throw some eggs and oatmeal in and you’re good
