i start to lose weight and my jaw gets pointier and pointer, i feel like doofenshmirtz

It's more just water weight probably. When you're loosing weight or start working out you body uses a lot of water bc it does know what's happening (if you're going to starvation state or what) so the water weight goes first then you start to loose. Once you keep it up regularly and drink more water you'll puff up a bit again. Especially once you're don't loosing and start maintaining you body will store stuff again
