Biking, hiking, run/walk/jog, swimming, rock climbing, surfing, working outside, even parkour are good activities. If you need to buy supps, you’re prob not eating a well balanced diet. You don’t need insane physiques or crazy good cardio to be “healthy”. Look good, feel good, but take care of the other parts of yourself too (mental, emotional, social, spiritual). You’re not a full person if you only care about physical health
