Hot take: You don’t need to buy protein/supplements or anything and/or get a gym membership to stay fit and healthy. A balanced diet (protein, carb, fat, water) and outside activities is just as or more sustainable than supps and the gym. 1/

Biking, hiking, run/walk/jog, swimming, rock climbing, surfing, working outside, even parkour are good activities. If you need to buy supps, you’re prob not eating a well balanced diet. You don’t need insane physiques or crazy good cardio to be “healthy”. Look good, feel good, but take care of the other parts of yourself too (mental, emotional, social, spiritual). You’re not a full person if you only care about physical health

They’re not necessary sure but you’ll never reach the same level of healthiness just with diet and going outside as you would with supplements and dedicated exercise in the gym. That’s the whole point of the gym and supplements existing.
