dumb question but what helps yall fall alsleep after taking preworkout for a night gym sesh?

i think the current preworkout craze is a little ridiculous and unnecessary, and unhealthy too. If you REALLY need a kick for a specific lift, use smelling salts, capsaicin tablets, or some other form of short term stimulant. But for the most part you can have very successful lifts without any caffeine. It will seriously help your sleep and your heart health.

Non-stim preworkout is a thing, it has no caffeine but gives you the same other boosts. Past that it's just regular sleep tips: don't eat within 3 hours of going to bed, try to avoid drinking excess water before sleeping, avoid screen time, that sort of thing.
