My weight on the scale has hit a month-long plateau, but I’m still counting my calories and protein and staying within my deficit… I feel like I’m getting leaner but I find it impossible to believe I’m really gaining that much muscle weight. Help!

Well, as you lose weight, your body demands less energy, and what was previously a deficit may no longer be a deficit anymore. I’d suggest just dropping your calories some more

Oof this might be it. I’m at 1750 cals per day right now but I’ll try dropping to 1650
