It’s not for aesthetics lmao, I do more bloodwork and doctor check ins than the average citizen… everything is healthy. I also don’t drink and or use/abuse other vices like nicotine, party drugs, and etc. Crazy how it’s perfectly normal to get blackout drunk every weekend but optimizing your health isn’t 💀

you’re not optimizing health you just wanna be big. you’re tampering with your body’s hormone system and that’s a risk, full stop. even if it’s good now. what benefit other than fast and easy muscle mass is there for you? were you low t and needing hormone therapy in your mid 20’s?

I benched 500lbs and squat/deadlift 605 natural. I hopped on because I had been in the gym since I was 8 years old. Everything I was doing and have been doing has been tracked and recorded. Countless men and women are prescribed antidepressants, methamphetamines, and many more drugs that wreck your endocrine system. Me taking testosterone helps prevent injury and to have increased recovery and sleep (a dosage of 250 will not get you easy muscle mass). Furthermore, my test was in the low ranges.

But at the end of the day there’s no point in arguing with you since I doubt you will listen to anything. If you don’t want to take test don’t take it. If you don’t want to get an abortion don’t get one. If you don’t want to eat cheezits don’t eat them. Worry about yourself if you’re not willing to understand both ends of the spectrum.

Taking fake test is not optimizing your health. Earn your muscle the regular way. Also, I don’t know what groups you are running with but getting blackout drunk ever weekend is not normal. That’s something idiot frat guys and losers do.

I always find it weird when I go to fitness events and they’re serving booze! No shame in it, but it surprises me when I’m surrounded by people all about “wellness” but will act strange when you say you don’t drink
