i want to start taking creatine because my goal is to build muscle while losing body fat. i bought mono hydrate but my dad told me to get hcl because of water retention. someone please help a girl out because im so confused
monohydrate is fine. just drink a ton of water every day

w creatine it’s recommended you drink the amount your body needs plus an additional like 24oz so if you want it to really work, keeping track is very important

if you don't do a loading phase you will probably be fine. if you're nervous you can always get a small container and try it
