Can someone give me a four day split routine for weight loss and muscle gain?? I’m not new to the gym but haven’t been in an about a year. Thanks for advice in advance 💕

Weight loss and muscle gain happens in the kitchen, the gym routine you do doesn’t matter as long as you do it consistently but no matter what you do you can’t out work a bad diet

i can vouch for this i ate nothing but bs my first year of lifting and saw very little progress until i started eating right and plenty of protein
