
in your split have 2 upper body days with one or two days of non-upper body (cardio or legs or rest) days in between. you want to hit triceps both days. however, it doesn’t have to be direct. a lot of chest exercises work triceps a bit too, so you could do chest and back one day, and do sharms the next upper body day or something. basically is not just about how hard you hit a muscle group, it’s also how often you activate them.
