I’m 150lbs, 24, 5ft 10 male and I haven’t been to the gym in 2 months. I consider myself very skinny and lost motivation to be consistent. At times I am consistent with the gym but I fell off and lost all the gains. How do I stay motivated?

this is a valid question I don’t get the downvotes 🥲 my personal motivation is either looking in the mirror and feeling unhappy or thinking about how if there was a disaster near me I might not be strong enough to lift rubble/debris off of injured children or kittens to save them
