Sleep is never properly rated. It’s either “it doesn’t matter that much” or people act like the recovery difference is just short of gear. Maybe you can recover from a little more volume on good sleep, but if your sleep is just avg, you’re completely fineand it's mid for a lot of other people, and they won't realize they need more sleep until they try it. six hours is enough to get by but most people need more for optimal function and quality of life. if you have tried 6 hours for a while and 8 hours for a while and 6 is genuinely better for you, congratulations. I'm not talking about you, I'm talking to people who insist 6 hours is great but have never committed to trying 8
