Am I trying to lose weight? Yes. Is my cheat meal for the next two weeks going to be two cheeseburgers, French fries, a Diet Coke from McDonalds and a beer? Also yes.
If you just fit the calories from whatever you want into your deficit, you could actually reliably lose weight

when in doubt, run it out. you could eat a big mac every day if youre going like david goggins at it. granted you'd need godlike willpower, but the point still stands: you're good king enjoy your burger 🙌
